Ruth will lead art and craft workshops at 10.30- 12.30 am and 2.00- 4.OOpm every day for 1 hour or 2 hours with exception for woodcarving or coastal landscape piece which is 4 hours.

I will be there from the 23rd - 30th of May, if the weather is bad and you would like to do an arty creative activity with me then I will be happy to run more sessions. Please contact me or Coastal Valley.
I am also running morning wake up and stretch yoga sessions every morning 8- 9 am as well as evening sessions 5- 6 pm and relaxing yoga nidra and indian head massage with serenity oil before bed to help you sleep.
