Thursday 6.30 - 7.45 pm. A slower paced yoga class which is created for people who prefer a slightly slower pace with less weight-bearing on the wrists and lots of modifications for those with injuries.
It is perfect for those who have been coming a while to yoga and want to work on mobility, longer holds and stretches as well as beginners.
We still move and flow to energise and work on our mobility ( yang) and we stretch and hold (yin)
There are always options for intermediates and beginners.
